Walton Plastics Engineering provide in-house installations with capable technicians adopting project management techniques with capability to coordinate trade services, equipment hire, travel, logistics and risk management. Installations may be local, statewide and interstate. With over 40 years’ experience, a consistent approach has allowed us to build the appropriate rig to ensure all parts are fixed securely and boast longevity. The common items of installation include, but are not limited to:

• Fume cupboards
• Extraction systems
• Fans
• Ductwork

We also offer consultancy to mechanical consultants for assistance with their projects and tenders. This includes specifications for fume cupboards, ducting, fans, and other equipment. All the necessary information relevant to assist contractors and consultants alike to develop their models, drafts, and elevations.

Walton Plastics Engineering offer CNC cutting services with our flat bed router. We cut most industrial plastics from PVC, PP, HDPE, UHMWPE, Nylon, ABS, ECTFE, PVDF and other plastics. We can also offer cutting timber cutting services. All cutting is based off DXF drawings, basically if you can draw it, we can cut it! Most (if not all) of our products are drawn through CAD and cut on our flat bed CNC router all in house.
